We are looking for someone to lead, develop and strategically advance Sheard’s Structural Design function.
The Design Manager owns the design strategy, capability development, innovation pipeline, and alignment between Sales, Technical, Operations and Commercial.
Operating primarily within the fast-paced FMCG and retail goods sectors, the role ensures our design output meets the demands of these markets while showcasing Sheard’s creativity, technical capability and customer focus. A key objective is to drive operational efficiency, improve design accuracy, reduce waste, elevate the customer experience, and maximise the commercial impact of design.
To lead the day-to-day activities of the Structural Design team, ensuring high-quality design outputs, efficient workflow, accurate customer solutions, and close collaboration with sales, operations and technical teams.
The Design Team Leader acts as the first line of support for designers, helping them overcome challenges, maintain standards, and deliver a consistent, professional service to customers and internal stakeholders.
We are looking for a Production Planner who will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the Production department by planning machines efficiently. They will also provide an important link between sales and production, whilst building and maintaining good relationships with key suppliers.

We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Ink Room Operator & Facilitator to join our team.
This is a hands-on role focused on producing inks in line with planned production volumes and supporting all manufacturing processes with accurate and timely ink supply.
We are looking for FLT Drivers to join our dynamic team. You will be on a continental shift pattern, working both days and nights. The ideal candidates will be proactive team players and have experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
