Over the last 12 months we have been going from strength to strength, and as a 3rd generation, family-owned business, our growth has been indeed remarkable. We are now one of the largest, most efficient and best invested corrugated plants in the country, supplying many well-known customer brands.

Despite the speed of this growth, we have maintained full control of our day to day operations, with OTIF consistently above 98%, and our Quality and Customer Service being of the highest order. We firmly believe the secret to success is in building close relationships with our partners, both customers and suppliers, to ensure service excellence. After all, it’s all about the people!

Our innovative approach to the market has led to huge strides made within our Value Engineering department, identifying and delivering both commercial and sustainability improvements throughout the supply chain. Through this process we now offer complete service and supply solutions that include automation, Sheard having become an official distributor of Lantech Machine Systems.

The creation of the iDC, an innovative facility underpinning our design and development offering, has vastly improved our design department, and allowed it to evolve with our new, innovative approach to the market. Watch out for the next development coming soon!

Significant further investment over the next 12 months takes us further on our amazing journey to make Sheard Packaging the very best it can be. Following a number of previously successful years, we firmly believe 2021 was a milestone year and we look forward with anticipation to what the future holds. Exciting times ahead!
