JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Ink Room Operator & Facilitator to join our team.
This is a hands-on role focused on producing inks in line with planned production volumes and supporting all manufacturing processes with accurate and timely ink supply.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce inks in the right quantities, as specified by the demand planner
  • Ensure efficient production by using existing stock and minimising waste
  • Facilitate and deliver ink to various manufacturing processes as needed
  • Collect used ink buckets from the shop floor and book them back into stock
  • Maintain and manage base ink stock levels
  • Keep the ink room clean, organised and running smoothly

Skills Required

  • Excellent understanding of health and safety instructions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A good understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures in the corrugated industry or similar.
