JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Biased Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our machines are a core part of our operations and making sure they run smoothly is essential.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong background in mechanical engineering and a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be working on a Panama shift pattern, which is days and nights on 12-hour shifts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance on numerous machines across our site.
  • Repairing equipment and testing repairs that have been made.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Being involved in projects and continuous improvements across the business.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant certifications and regulations.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
